THE DRIVE-THRU PROCESS

Drive-thru washes are typically used by companies washing many vehicles in a short amount of time where the customer is not charged separately for the wash. Examples are rental car companies, auto dealers, taxi companies, limo services, and auto service companies. Drive-thru washes are usually “behind the scenes” where the end-user (service customer or renter) never sees the wash. The wash experience is less important than the result. Speed is critical. Many times the cars are “finished” by hand-drying.
